Payment Policy

I accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Cashier's Checks and Personal Checks. 

PayPal

Paypal is a fast, secure method of processing credit cards online. I do not ever have access to your credit card information, which makes Paypal a preferred card processor for online vendors and shoppers.
 
Orders paid through Paypal will be shipped upon payment. Please note that most items take two to four weeks from date of payment for delivery.

Personal Checks

If you choose to pay with personal check, I will hold your order until the funds clear my bank. This may add to your delivery time.
 
If the check is returned with insufficient funds, I reserve the right to collect any fees charged to my account, along with the payment.
 
Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to PA only.

Shipping Policy

Your order will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise stated. I will consider using alternative shipping methods. If you wish to review your other options for shipment, please contact me.
 
Please keep in mind that I am not personally responsible for shipments once I hand them over to the Postal worker. To avoid absorbing the cost of uninsured mail that is damaged or lost, I highly recommend purchasing my optional shipping insurance.
 
I ship to United States and Canada only.  Canada buyers must contact me for a shipping quote, as they are responsible for any additional shipping charges.  Please include your full address, item description and quantity. 
 
Up to $15.00      = $4.95
$15.01 - $25.00 = $5.95
$25.01 - $50.00 = $7.95
$50.01 - $75.00 = $9.95
$75.01 and Up   = $11.95

Return Policy

I take great pride in my artwork and inspect it thoroughly before it leaves my hands. I only give full refunds for the following circumstances:
  • If you did not receive the item and opted for insurance:
    • In this case, your refund will come from the Post Office.
    • Once you have received your refund, you may purchase a replacement.
  • If I made a mistake in personalization or custom work that was previously discussed:
    • Send the item back to me immediately.
    • I will either refund your money or send a replacement.
If you feel that something does not match your room decor:
  • You may send the item back to me at your expense.
  • You will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Please keep in mind that monitors can show different shades of the same color. In order to avoid color mismatches, please send a paint swatch or bedding sample for me to match as closely as possible. This option is only available for custom paintings.
